General availability (GA)
The date the version is released and support begins.
Deprecation
This date is typically 12 months after general availability.
Upgrades from previous versions to the latest version will no longer be tested past the deprecation date. Upgrades from supported versions to the latest version may require intermediate build versions.
End of general support
This date is typically 6 months after deprecation.
CloudBolt Professional Services can still be engaged to help after this date, but CloudBolt support will require you to upgrade to a newer version before troubleshooting or advising.
