Use the OneFuse DNS module to manage DNS policies by [Endpoint](/docs/onefuse/configure/module-endpoints/) Type using the DNS dashboard.

Create a [Module Credential](/docs/onefuse/configure/module-credentials/) and Endpoint for the selected technology.
</div>

1. In OneFuse, select **DNS** from **Home**, or select **Modules** > **DNS** from the left navigation menu.
2. Create a DNS Policy for a supported technology.
3. Reserve and release DNS records through the OneFuse API or an [Upstream Provider](/docs/onefuse/consume/what-is-upstream-provider/).
4. View Managed DNS Records generated from DNS policy executions.

## DNS defaults

DNS defaults can be set up at the Endpoint level. Network Views can be set up for different use cases and can include templated values. Every DNS Policy execution for an Endpoint with defaults will use those defaults.

## Managed DNS records

Use the Managed DNS Records dashboard to review DNS records reserved by executing a DNS Policy.

1. Select **DNS** from the OneFuse Modules menu.
2. Go to the **Managed DNS Records** dashboard.
