Content Library

The Content Library is a catalog of content that CloudBolt builds and maintains. Importing an item copies it into your instance, where you can modify it to suit your requirements. CloudBolt updates the published content periodically, and the Library is refreshed on a schedule to pull the latest updates.

Import content

The steps are the same, regardless of content type.

In CMP, select Library in the main menu.

Select the download icon on the item you want to import.

Review the details, then select Import.

A Catalog can hold many blueprints. Three choices keep it navigable: the categories you define, the order you put them in, and which filters you expose to end users.

Create and organize categories

Administrators manage the Catalog at Admin > Catalog Management. The page covers the display options that determine which filters end users see, as well as the category tree.

The controls sit in a strip above the blueprint cards:

The search box matches blueprint names and descriptions.
The Sort by list changes the order in which the cards appear.
The Filters button shows and hides the filters pane beside the cards.

Search

Enter a term in the search box to narrow the Catalog. Search matches only the blueprint name and description. It does not match categories, resource types, or parameter values — use the filters pane for those.
