# Widgets > Complete tasks and view data in the dashboard --- Site [llms.txt](/llms.txt) --- ## Actionable orders Lists up to 10 orders that are pending approval or paused by flow control. Orders waiting for your approval are listed first, followed by your orders. Each row has icon buttons for available actions, such as **View**, **Approve**, **Deny**, **Remind**, **Cancel**, and **Resume**. Select **See all orders** to open the Orders page. ## Blueprints Shows blueprints you ordered recently or most often. Select **Order** on a card to order that blueprint, or **See all** to open the catalog. Use the filter box to search by name, and the dropdown to switch between **Recently ordered** and **Most ordered**. Super Admins can also switch between **My order history** and **Globally most ordered**. ## Expiring soon Lists your servers and resources that expire soon, with the soonest first. The **Expires** badge turns yellow, then red, as the expiration date approaches. You can change the time window and the badge thresholds in the widget settings. To add a **Run action** button to each row, enter the global ID of a server or resource action in **Server action (global id)** or **Resource action (global id)** in the widget settings. ## Groups Ranks your top groups by active resources or by recent orders. Use the **Resources** and **Orders** buttons to switch between them. Select a group name to open the group, or select **See all** to open the Groups page. ## Infrastructure providers Lists your resource handlers with their type, resource count, connection status, and last sync date. Hover over the connection icon to see the status. Select a name to open the resource handler, or select **See all resource handlers**. Use the icon buttons in the **Actions** column to verify a connection, sync VMs, or view the resource handler. ## Jobs Shows the total number of jobs, with counts of successful and failed jobs, and a daily chart of successful and failed jobs. Hover over the chart to see the daily breakdown. To change the time period, use the widget settings. ## Pending approvals Lists the same orders and actions as **Actionable Orders**, with the requester and group for each order. ## Quick actions Shortcuts to common tasks: **Order from Catalog**, **Add infrastructure provider**, and **Browse Content Library**. ## Quick links Shortcuts to common admin pages. ## Recent activity Shows the 10 most recent events for your orders, servers, and resources. Use the dropdown to filter by event type. Super Admins can switch the feed from **My activity** to **System / audit**. Super Admins and Global Viewers can select **See All History** to open the full history. ## Recently viewed Lists items you viewed recently, grouped by type. ## Reports Shows buttons for reports that are set to appear on the dashboard. ## Resources by type Shows a chart of your active resources by type, and a total count. Servers appear as their own category, and the smallest categories are combined into **Other**. Hover over a section to see its count. ## Servers Shows status and environment charts for servers, with a card for each server. Select **My Servers**, **Newest**, **Oldest**, **Highest Rate**, or **Lowest Rate** from the dropdown. Select **Order New Server** or **See All Servers**. ## UI extensions Select **Manage Extensions** to open the UI Extensions admin page. ## UI extension widgets Enabled UI extensions of the dashboard type appear in the **Manage Displayed Widgets** dialog. New extension widgets are hidden until you add them.
