The **Saved Reports** page is the library for every Cost, Detail, Summary, and Kubernetes report saved in the CloudBolt Platform. From here you can organize reports into folders, share them with teammates, schedule recurring email deliveries, and export them in several formats.

## Access the Saved Reports page

1. Log in to the CloudBolt Platform.
1. In the navigation menu, select **Saved Reports**.

## Page layout

The page uses a two-pane layout:

- **Folder sidebar:** **My reports** (your personal folder tree), **Shared** (the shared tree, plus folders other people have shared with you), and a **Scheduled reports** link.
- **Contents table:** The folders and reports in the selected folder.

| Column | Description |
| --- | --- |
| Name | The folder or report name. A clock indicator appears when the report has a scheduled delivery. |
| Type | Folder, Cost, Detail, Summary, or Kubernetes. |
| Updated | When the item was last changed. |
| Actions (⋮) | Per-row menu with **Rename**, **Move…**, **Share…**, and **Delete**. |

## Create reports and folders

The toolbar offers **Share**, **New folder**, and **New report**:

- **New report** creates a Cost report; the dropdown also offers **New detail report**, **New summary report** (see [Summary Report](/docs/cbp/navigating-the-platform/saved-reports/summary-report/)), and **New Kubernetes report**.
- **New folder** creates a folder in the current location. Enter a name of up to 128 characters.
- **Share** opens the sharing dialog for the current item (see [Share reports and folders](#share-reports-and-folders)).

### Save a report from Cost Explorer or a Detail Report

In Cost Explorer or a Detail Report, select **Save** or **Save As** to open the **Save Report As** dialog. Enter a **Report Name** and **Description**, pick a destination folder, and optionally add **Tags**.

## Organize with folders

- **Rename:** From the row's ⋮ menu, or select the pencil icon next to the breadcrumb while viewing a folder.
- **Move…:** Shows the item's current location, a destination picker, and a preview of who gains or loses access before the move is allowed.
- **Delete:** Removes the folder and its contents.

Deleting a folder also deletes everything inside it, including sub-folders, reports, who they're shared with, and any scheduled deliveries. This can't be undone.
</div>

## Share reports and folders

Reports and folders are private by default until shared. The **Share** dialog adds people by name or email, or **Everyone in this organization**, each as an **Editor** or a **Viewer** (new grants default to Viewer).

- Items inside a shared folder inherit its access permissions and are labeled **"Inherited from parent folder."**
- Folders shared with you appear under **Shared** in your sidebar.

Deleting a shared report deletes it for everyone it is shared with.
</div>

## Schedule email delivery

On a report's detail page, select the clock button to open **Schedule email delivery**. Set a **Name**, a **Format** (**PDF**, **PPTX**, or **XLSX**), a **Cadence**, and up to 50 **Recipients**. Use the **Enabled** switch to pause a schedule without deleting it. Deliveries are sent after fresh billing data lands, so exact send times vary.

| Cadence | When it sends |
| --- | --- |
| Daily | Every day, after fresh data lands. |
| Weekly (default) | Mondays, covering the previous week. |
| Monthly | The last day of the month, covering that month. |

The **Scheduled reports** page, linked from the sidebar, lists all your schedules with cadence, format, and state filters, plus next-run dates.

<div class="alert alert-info" role="alert">

A report (or a folder containing one) with schedules cannot be deleted until the schedules are removed.
</div>

## Export reports

The export menu on a report's detail page offers **PDF**, **PowerPoint (.pptx)**, and **Excel (.xlsx)**, as well as **CSV** and **JSON**. Available formats vary by report type:

- Detail reports: **PDF**, **CSV**, and **JSON**.
- Summary reports: **PDF**, **PPTX**, and **XLSX** only. See [Summary Report](/docs/cbp/navigating-the-platform/saved-reports/summary-report/).
